Cristina Niver serves as Chief Delivery Officer of GuideStone, providing leadership to IT, Enterprise Portfolio Office, Program and Project Management, and other critical teams. Mrs. Niver joined the enterprise in 2024 after serving eleven years with Credera, where she led the national management consulting practice, focusing on development, operations and service offerings support. Mrs. Niver has worked with companies in the health care, consumer goods, retail, chemical and communications fields. Before joining Credera, she was a consultant at Deloitte. She has also worked as an educator in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, teaching high school Algebra and Geometry with Teach For America.
Mrs. Niver graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and as a Mays Business School Fellow.
