Tyler Moore is a licensed insurance professional who is dedicated to serving your ministry’s property and casualty needs.
A native of Shreveport, Tyler earned his B.A. in religion from East Texas Baptist University and his M.Div. from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (NOBTS). He joined GuideStone® in 2018 to help bring GuideStone’s Property and Casualty Program® into Louisiana and was awarded Brotherhood Mutual’s 2019 Rookie of the Year. Tyler has been a leader in his churches’ student ministries since he was 18, and he also serves as a video director and properties committee member at First Baptist Church Shreveport. Tyler’s wife, Mallory, is also a graduate of NOBTS, and she is an assistant minister at FBC Shreveport.
Tyler knows that your church needs to be protected by people who share your mission. Tyler aims to use his administrative skills and gifts to equip you to protect your ministry, so you can continue to serve the Kingdom. His favorite Bible verse illustrates his motivation:
“So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets” (Matt. 7:12, NIV).
