You now have one card for both your medical and prescription benefits. You will use your new card for both medical and prescription benefits except for Global Core and Medicare-coordinating plans.
You can access your medical virtual ID card by registering at GuideStoneHealth.org* or by logging into your MyGuideStone® account and selecting the appropriate vendor link. You can also visit each vendor's website directly to register and access ID cards, claims and account information.
*For Medicare-coordinating or Global Core plans, register at MyHighmark.com and Express-Scripts.com. If you are enrolled in a Global Core plan, please refer to this handout.
If you need to visit your doctor or fill a prescription before your ID card arrives, here's what you need to know:

You can also visit GuideStoneHealth.org and create an account to print a temporary ID card on or after your health plan effective date.
